Basically in Latin America it was sold over the counter everywhere, even in airports. They sent covid prophylactic kits including ivermectin+vitamin D, Zinc etc. in many latin american countries. But in the "Western world" it was very difficult to get prescription, and next to impossible to import. Gene therapy uber alles.
It ridiculous how many American politicians are bought and paid for big pharmaceutical companies
