Sauna. Cold bath/plunge. OMAD. More Salt. No sunscreen and lots of sun exposure. No sunglasses. More walking. More barefoot. Mostly meat. No gluten. No TV. Sleep early. Less booze.

Why more salt? Downsides are retaining more water and getting thirsty faster.
