I've moved this code into a pluggable package here:

https://github.com/Routstr/routstr-chat/tree/main/features/wallet

feel free to use it. :)

But we're also looking into https://github.com/cypherflow/cyphertap

which is already a packaged nip60 wallet. Maybe good to have options but tbh not enough demand for 2 packages ig
