It‘s an ‚Investment, insurance and saving plans’ advertising using inflation as a pitch afaik. 
Yea I realized it and looked them up, the seem to specialize in public debt investing (government issued bonds). I remember these guys now they advertised like crazy on NPR and such in the 90s.
I’m looking at 1100 for a trip to Texas in October. Airbnb for a week and driving a rental car there and back. 12 times that? We got mountains and beaches two hour away in my part of South Carolina. What more does one need in life.
