My #Heart held a stone,
Heavy and deep,
A #Worry for one,
I could not keep.
I whispered the need,
To #Friends, to the #Church,
A plea sent on wings,
On #Faith's quiet search.
The #Icon #Lamp glowed,
A soft, holy light,
As others knelt down,
In #Prayer through the #Night.
Each whispered petition,
Each silent plea,
A chain of pure #Love,
Uniting for me.
The weight didn't vanish,
But shifted its hold,
By #Brothers and #Sisters,
More precious than #Gold.
A #Comfort descended,
A #Peace I could feel,
The #Power of others,
Making #Prayer real.
For #God hears every call,
Lifts every care.
