Let’s look at the common pleb curating his playlists as a radio station, reverse broadcasting. The listener who decides to share music becomes a radio station.

A whole lot can be imagined when thinking about giving tools to curators and listeners. I could create my own radio station by combining selected plebs music streams. I understand that people want to see the rankings, but the rankings have been proven to be part of the problem. That’s a road to centralization.

Favor discoverability, what is my network listening to? Find me plebs that save/share the same music as me and show me what they are listening to. Show me my stream, but only music, with the most boosted by my follows at the top. Give me control over any algo ranking. If we all see different rankings based on our choices the concept of ranking becomes less dangerous. In the same breath, humans will be humans…
