Man , ghosts and paranormal shit , seances and all of this sort of a thing were massive back in the early part of the 1900's , get this right :

Yeats unrequited lover Maude Gonne had a child that died in infancy and she fucked next to a custom built mausoleum for the child in the hopes that it's spirit would be in such proximity to the new child that it would be reborn into a new body .

Most people don't know who Maude Gonne is , but fewer still know that about her .

I must be a little unfeeling , I never once thought that she might have attempt reanimation out of grief , my immediate impression was that she was batshit mental .

Haven't seen the awakening but I love horror and it is nearly Halloween , so that shit is happening.
