Because of Twitter nostr directory verification tweets I believe ⚡️
How do I verify my Twitter? "Twitter Verification
User is expected to;
1. tweet their nostr public key by following the format on the nostr.directory homepage.
2. send a public (kind 1) note on nostr following the format on the nostr.directory homepage." Where do I send my private key to verificate?
A lot of people use https://nostr.directory to do this.
I would believe so? The timing fits. I'm seeing plenty of new users from Twitter over here today. I'm seeing graphs of relay operators and their relays are getting hit pretty hard today. And NostrPlebs.com is also seeing lots of increased traffic and ID registrations. It all points to something. NgU

Also please check your dm. Not sure if that's normal, but I can see who you're talking to in private. (Encrypted though and might be normal for nostr. I am not e tech guy)
That's normal. Everyone can see who everyone is talking to and the frequency of their DMs. We just cannot see the content of the DMs. DMs probably need a bit more work.
Probably the Amethyst/Play Store people... like me.
