Replying to Avatar Dennis

Deleting my Twitter account several months was a very good step in terms of freeing up time and mental capacity. Today I deleted my Telegram account after some time of absence there and this feels good as well.

What do you use as telegram alternativ? Is there a good method of using Nostr to replace it? Some form of group chats?

There's no urge to replace it for mass group chats. I'm using SimpleX for smaller groups, which works well enough for me.

SimpleX can do group chats. I'm going to test it with some plebs on the next Meetup.

But I doubt that it's possible to truly "replace" Telegram atm... Just like nostr is not replacing Twitter.

You might miss out on some news in the space, (and earn some free time in the process), but it still works quite well 😄
