#Nostr tends to be, unfortunately, a small echo chamber with few accounts getting most of the attention of the platform, I would assume that if you post this as a reply to one of the most followed individuals in here you may get a reaction, those guys are working hard on coinos, you can observe the work in progress often. Perhaps they are missing a PR employee to deal with customer care. Have you tried sending them an email? That probably will render a better time response.
