Save photo to iPhone photos library -> use “scan text” -> copy text -> paste text in text box -> select text and use Apple Translate feature

Although both are terrible, since I’m using iPhone (and I assume any inputs/outputs are already and continuously recorded), I don’t want to spread my usage to more companies so that both of them have the data.
