Do you realize that’s an oxymoron Zar?

Not at all. My home isn’t on the power grid. And it’s remote (7 miles from nearest paved road).

Exactly. Game changer.

Sorry have to disagree with the environmental ethics here

Install insulated copper wire to transmit your data

Keep it wrapped, as you boys need to hear 🙄

Lol, uhhh okay.

& ya’ll are gross

And yes I’ll buy my tin foil hat thank you and look fabulous wearing it 😘

Yea I’ll do that just as soon as you write the check. Not everyone in the world lives the same way. Running coax for the miles to the nearest high speed access point would be logistically and economically unfeasible.

Neither is all those rockets, gas, equipment, satellite maintenance, etc.

But zero percent interest tends to get people confused on the short run

More importantly, it is extremely disruptive to the geomagnetic fields of the earth

It’s fine, you will see, and in a few years you’ll be like, aw shit Sasha was right… again 🙄

Your severe lack of understanding of what spaceX is doing makes this conversation a dead end. Happy posting though!

Yea it’s shooting a bunch of high powered lazers down at the earth

✌️☮️🕊️

Like I said. Dead end.

The issue is that there is no choice to not to be exposed to it

With everything else you can choose to just move to get away from it

But with this, you can’t

And if you are truly a free market capitalist, you should be against anything that removes choice, and we should all be striving towards the world which provides more choice and not less

it really bothers me a lot that it's bathing us in 20 and 80ghz microwave bands but honestly, before 15 years is out that whole swarm is going to have fallen back to earth and they are so small they'll completely vaporize

i'm looking forward to the next X class solar flare that erupts, absolutely no idea exactly when the next big one like may happens but it's basically inevitable that one big enough to knock out some of starlink swarm is coming in the next two years as the solar cycle peak winds on

So the lasers are the geomagnetic disruption part?

Are you implying there is a health risk?

As far as I've read the FTC has determined its not a risk. Take that for what it's worth. It's kind of their job to make sure that's the case.

I think what we're dealing with here is folks that think that all EMF is hazardous.

I'm interesting in seeing any compelling evidence for this.

I will bet my life than not all EMF is hazardous because sunlight is on that spectrum. What is often hazardous is non-native EMF (nnEMF). Especially when your body is near the source of transmission. I asked Sasha the preceding question with plans to point out that there are much bigger fish to fry with nnEMF health hazards. Such as artificial light at night and fluorescent office lighting.

I will NOT bet my life on the FTC doing their job. I am convinced that AirPods and sleeping next to your WiFi router are terrible for you, to name a few. Our bodies operate with sensitive electromagnetic systems and are evolutionarily entrained to the sun.

While I would not put my balls on my Starlink disk while it’s working I’m quite sure that the transmissions are NOT harmful to humans. I’ve heard these arguments about cell phone radio radiation too. I’d have had brain cancer a long time ago if that was an issue - I’ve been using cell phones since the analog days.

Boomers are immune to shit ya’ll ate hostess & wonder bread growing up and were perfectly fine lol it’s ya’lls super power

Remember, some people can smoke their whole life while others get lung cancer from only smoking a few years

I’m most likely wrong about the star link, as I am about a lot of things

But something is off, this much I know to be true

Something else you’re wrong about.

I’m not a boomer. 🙄😝😆

My bad

I’m into older men so take it as a compliment…?

You’re adorable and I could never be angry at you. ❤️

samsies <3

Pls stop tagging me so you 2 lovebirds can get a room 😂

What!?? She’s my pal!!

Depends on what you define as off grid.
