When interviewing someone you have to make sure the audience is keeping up with the subject matter and sometimes an explanation is exactly what you need to clear things up. Too often something like "Net Zero" or "Digital Identity" will be talked about without actually giving the information about what they mean - this is why our mainstream media is losing audience, people are waking up to the fact that the media lies by omission a lot!
