Could it be that this has something to do with the arrest of samourai wallet and their services? Didn't kycp.org used oxt.me which is also down?

Yeah, I think they did. Would be educational to have a personal tool to simulate chain anal on them.

I believe samourai funded oxt and ran it or something. The inventor wouldn't sell it to a chain analysis company and gave it to samourai. But I'm not very sure
