Good morning nostr, today shouldnt be too awful busy. We have bnb guests checking in, then just the usual chores. I often get asked about our choice for having a small bnb cabin on our property. Originally its purpose was to only be a little guesthouse for family, as our main house is small. And we still use it for that too, but alot of the time it was unused, so thats when we decided to list it on Airbnb. Its been a great decision for us. It's paid off, so we have no debt on it. Plus its considered a small business, so we can deduct most expenses related to it, like any repairs, and even utilities. Every situation is different, and if we had to take a loan to buy something like this, we wouldnt do it. But for us, it was something we already had, without any debt, so it works well.
