Yay for seller financing! 3.5 hours is a bit far for me to go to do development work though. I like to stick to 45 min. from home.

Do you have a title company that will handle transactions in BTC? I've seen a few out of Texas and Florida but none up here in the PNW that I know of. Not that I have a buyer wanting to do a BTC transaction, I can't even find renters wanting to pay BTC.
