I'm about to take my kids back to the days of "don't call me at work unless it's an emergency"! I just had this conversation:

Me: Hey, what's up?

kiddo: I can't find the remote.

Me: ...Did you look for it?

kiddo: Yeah, I looked for it!

Me: Where?

kiddo: Well, it's not on the table!

Me: ...

Me: Go look for the remote.

That would have caught me an ass whooping when I was his age 🤣
