Thank you! Me and my brother closed on the parcel in June 2023. It was just raw land then so we’ve had to do a lot of development. Made some mistakes and learned a lot but overall I’m happy with things and the speed we’ve been able to accomplish everything at.

We’re doing all of the finish work ourselves, should be done by August.

It’s been a huge undertaking but I’d be happy to consult on your project if you want to access some of the expertise I’ve earned on this project. Would save you a huge amount of time, money and energy.

I’m not sure if you’re wanting a specific floor plan or size of home but I could provide my plan to you if it meets your needs. I could also potentially have it customized and re-engineered to suit your needs if it’s not what you want.

Getting plans and having them engineered is a big cost and time sink, and then putting all of the materials together for framers and trades is huge. Our lumber and hardware takeoff was thousands of pieces.
