Yes. My kids taught me the importance of my warm big embrace. And I found out the big man loves it just the same. Mum's warm hug is..everything.

Also I learned in my massage studio about old people. Nobody touches them anymore. Grandkids don't want to and their own kids forgot. Sometimes, when I gave a massage to an old person, I simply concentrated on giving love, attention and touch more than massage. We need this at any age and I believe people in some final stage in hospitals need it extremely.

The power of touch and hug is magical and healing, often too much for a neglected person to handle.

A hug is nurturing at any age. I constantly hug my children and people around me. I enjoy it too :))
