Even though I'm outspoken against shitcoins, I do not want to restrict anyone from buying them, I just highly suggest against it. Same for government, I want them to not take any action against it, they can also suggest if they want.
They should force creators to make disclosures and be held liable for securities fraud.

No creator, no control over the protocol. So no it wouldn't.
