sex control works the same as gun control - it doesn't stop sex - it only stops legal sex.

with gun control only criminals have guns. with sex control only criminals are having sex.

girls still on average lose virginity at age 14 because the laws can't change biology. the only difference is instead of having sex with their husbands they are having sex with a bunch of low lives in a bathroom at some party.
