Yeap! I rushed to make a screenshot of email without reading until the end but the only one thing that cut my eyes is the oracle which is by default is the Blockstream server if you don't run your own.

does the Jade wallet always phone home to Blockstream's server? Or only if you use it with a specific software wallet?
