Being judgemental is not a bad thing. Judgement is an evolved part of human socialisation.

In fact, the problem nowadays is that we're not judgemental enough.

Learning to trust my subconscious judgements without “thinking” on them leveled me up in life.

The brain is often more powerful and efficient than the mind.
