If you're KYC'ed, and you want to be NonKYC.
There's the only way:
• Sell your coins, put your money back in the bank and withdraw your money.
• Pay your taxes and close your CEX accounts.
• Now buy without KYC with cash on bisq.network .
• Use cryptwerk.com and kycnot.me as directories to spend coins (or list your own anon-shop).
