now i live in such plains i understand, and want to burn my trash, especially here in serbia where i am required to sort and sort and use 5 different bins.

Yes but even if it's bagged or in a bin, the monkeys will open them up and throw it around. Happens a lot, but that's just a small part of a bigger waste management problem.

Na. People not respecting. Difference between communities says it all. I drove past a rest stop today and 2 cars stopped. They were just throwing stuff out of the car. There's just no give a shit and is a mess in too many places. Maybe redirecting funds from changing signs everywhere with no great benefit, to pushing a clean up campaign would be a good idea
