😢 I hate that you're in pain. I find the same thing when I eat sugar. DM open to vent why emotional eating if need be 💜 have you ever heard of les fehmi ? His open focus meditations are great for gaining mental distance from physical and emotional pain.

I'm thinking maybe it's time I read "The body keeps the score." Probably ready to deal with the next layer of buried emotions.
