Individual holders of ETFs can’t be reflected on chain, they are part of the ETF, example: Blackrock’s IBIT.

However, they are reflected on 13F.timechainindex.com, which tracks 13F filings for institutions for different kinds of securities/stocks including Bitcoin ETFs.
