Morning Nostriches

Got a dr appt today so that will eat into loan mine time. I shouldn’t schedule those at the beginning of the month any more, that’s when I have the best shot at extra loans.

Looks like the best of both worlds out there right now. The woods on my land have snow on the ground, but my neighbors field behind it is all green. Love this time of year!
