How do you guys with bussineses or services who accept bitcoin do when you have to pay expenses to services or products that doesnt accept bitcoin as payment with your bitcoin profits? I found that challenging in a lot of cases

Here in OZ most larger b2b services/utilities have bpay settlement and Living room of satoshi works flawlessly for #btc / lightning.
I can pay off the biz credit card with this.
I can also direct deposit to any bank account for contractors / invoices.
A single email address is all that's needed as a user to make paymemts.
I settle in #btc/lightning and the payee gets their fiat
