did you notice any asterisk at any of those data fields? no? because they are NOT mandatory.
They changed it AFTER many users complained.
I tried to donate without filling out the forms, it was not possible! Check the feed.

How can you DARE TO collect personal data in such a case. It's the most delicate topic in the #bitcoin space and centralized organisations collecting data of supporters are NO GO!
Every data base can be hacked and agencies can get collected data of the most dedicated supporters!
The not so cool thing is that they want a name, email and address.
looks a bit strange, i wouldn't donate anything for the time being. there are better alternatives
