Because that's what social media has taught us. Anyone who posts high quality sexy pictures has some form of OnlyFans, Fansly or Kofi.
It's Twitter's fault really, people only used it for self promotion of said sites. I really 'enjoy' (hate) when people would put their OF sub number in their username.
And count me as someone who just learned you don't have an OnlyFans account.
