You have a seed phrase, yes, but unless this runs a Lightning node on my phone, those sats have to be in someone's channel.

All L2 funds are stored in Liquid and swapped to Lightning when you make a payment.
How are the lightning fees? There are quite some wallets that make one heavily overpay
I think it uses greenlight cause that’s what Blockstream green uses
