I plan to only have an ancient nokia 2G (not even CDMA) phone in the future, and my androids all at the bottom of the sea or rolled completely flat on a highway.
It annoyed me that all the Nostr apps at first were mobile apps, because I have hated android since forever, since one almost never has any choice whatsoever about what is running on it.

For me, anyway. I get that you have to go to all the app stores to serve as many people as possible.
Hopefully other app store shenanigans will encourage people to seek out better alternatives.
In addition to being able to get a wider variety of types of apps, F-droid also has less malware too!
