In 1933, two months after Hitler came to power, top SS officer Leopold von Mildenstein visited Palestine to meet with the Zionist leaders. The trip went for 6 months and was blessed by the Nazi party as well as the Zionist Federation of Germany.

Special coins were printed to commemorate the Nazi-Zionist collaboration with the Nazi Swastika and the Jewish Star of David.
