Made three variations of the same recipe , including a batch of 3 month old discarded sourdough discard , last batch is in the oven , second one is cooling and I just verified that the first batch , the one with honey and two week old discard , using olive oil during the raise , has exceeded expectations during the taste test phase ,, finally , started these two days ago , lol .. wish I could break this bread with you all, GM and PV #Nostr
