No ..its not foss :-) .... but we need to to be able to differentiate software from the company .. company ethos are just a passing fad .. software stays .. and improves ..

Why so ? FOSS is a choice ..as valid as closed source .. isn't it anti freedom if I choose to enforce my choice on everyone ?

Btw - 99 % of physical products are non foss ..besides the fact that 100 % FOSS comes with zero warranty ..
