Is going for the option of allowing larger OP_RETURNS but keeping all other filtering and adding more a complete cop-out of an opinion?

I would like the direction to be for less miner centralization AND less spam.

The reason for going for this would be to make it more likely that spam gets put on OP_RETURN, since that is a way that may not suddenly get filtered out.

Have not thought this through at all :-P
