The lady at the checkout asked me for my email and I politely declined, like normal. She then tried to offer me a 10% Discount today if I was willing to still give it to her. I chuckled a little to and said, “No thank you, but I appreciate the offer.” She then said, “But it will track all your purchases, when your here and you can look anything up in your history, for ever, and you can also do returns without a receipt.” She shilled it awfully hard. I felt bad for her because she doesn’t know how little privacy she has. This is a prime example of the average person. So clueless. So sad.
