Somebody said to me ubuntu is just for server administration.. I use mint, but its very slow and i dont have a solution to run davinci on it😕

Definitely not only for server administration. As a beginner you'll find a lot of help online (tutorials, how-tos, etc) for probably any issues you could ever stumble on.

no experience with it, but as long it's nothing very specific to zorin, all ubuntu and by that also debian documentation will help in case of problems. nevertheless, I personally would start with ubuntu just to avoid additional sources of problems.
