Higher prices (inflation) are caused by government spending. Because in order to spend governments have to print more money. When you have more money in the system chasing fewer goods. The price rises.

The only solution is cut government spending. Reduce regulations on food production so we have more food. Lastly, workers negotiating for higher wages.
