There is (was, not sure now) a tool where you can check your npub and see who has you muted.

I’ve forgotten the link.

Doesn't matter, mute lists changed and for most clients they are fully private now 🤙

Kind 30000 got replaced with Kind 10000, but not every client adapted. 🥲
