350F for about an hour (stick a toothpick into it around the 40 min mark … it has to come out clean).

Also, add ingredients veeery slowly … specially the flour … if not, it ends up baked unevenly 😉

Is a lb of sugar too sweet when it comes out? Or that gets absorb in?

Oof … I don’t find it very sweet but that’s a personal taste … reducing sugar shouldn’t be a problem, but some experimentation would be in order
