Bought a grounding mat for my standing desk and have been using it since Monday.
Will report back in a month with my thoughts/effects from grounding myself ~9 hours a day.
Is that one you plug into the wall?

Just into the grounding port, yeah.
Got myself an outlet tester and a multimeter to make sure it all worked too
