Anything Bach because of its divine quality.
Interesting question!
I’m not “qualified” to say but I would perhaps posit Handel’s Messiah.
Striking, evocative, and powerful in musical arrangement and words.
Moonlight Sonata. The juxtaposition of major/minor, tension/release, quiet/loud, simple/complex. You feel the greatest joy after emerging from the deepest sadness. It’s just very human.
There are a lot of right answers but here's one I bet nobody else will post: All My Life by Joey Eppard https://video.nostr.build/776c9d8043b4788b221756446008a64f58aa0831f51414bbd1396a4e3d255347.mp4
It's difficult, because I don't like just one type of music, on my personal playlist what I like to listen to is Mozart's Requiem, I always listen to it.
Antarctica or Bust by Hans Zimmer
Words cannot describe what makes it so good. You have to listen
Mombasa from the Inception soundtrack is another all time great by him
Beethovens „Freude schöner Götterfunken“ (Ode to joy).
Beethoven seamlessly binds orchestra and human voices together, symbolizing unity. A true masterpiece, among other great works.
(Asking this is like asking a parent which of their children they like most. 😅
How could I ever choose a 'best' among them?)
Innuendo.
It's like four masterpieces in one.. a collision of more melodies and harmonies perfectly melted togheter. And Freddy there is just, something else.
But it's just a song, and there isn't something as absolute best in music, like in art.

Probably Miserere by Gregorio Allegri
thriller
Love Sosa by Chief Keef.
It’s a timeless classic that will live as one of humanity’s greatest contributions

For myself i haven't made up my mind. But at the end of my father's life he came to the conclusion that it was Mozart's klarinet concerto kv 622, He wrote about 20 pages about why he came to that conclusion. Especially the adagio.... For your consideration.
"Tiddies In My Face" because, well, who doesn't want that? This track is sexy AND hilarious.
It is a collab between decentralized musicians released value-for-value using RSS as a transparent "contract," and what I mean by that is each person involved will receive a value split forever and ever as you can see in the xml file.
For the first time in HISTORY, listeners can directly interact with the artists they love by sending messages with their lightning payments. There are no middlemen to be found between the artists and their audience OR the artist and their money. This is the way.
This is an impossible task, should be 50 best songs at least 😉 As of today... in pop/rock music Innuendo by Queen. Someone else above explained why 😉 Its complex and elaborative but not boring because it contains several thematic changes and changes in modulation . Like very few musicians were and , even more now, are able to create almost 7 min long song that is recognisable at any given poinst of it and keeps you invested till the very last note. I fell in love with queen and this particular song when i wasn't able to understand texts of the songs in english, so it was just a pure magic of music. But when i finally learned english so i understood the text of Innuendo - it was like a stroke, bc text was also perfect. I think a lot of ppl underappreciate Queen's texts. They are amazing , full sentences, finished thoughts, deep and universal messages. In classic music , it prob would be Bach - Keyboard concerto no 5 in F minor (esp. in Glenn Gould's interpretation). because it allows to re-connect with yourself and other ppl. Bach was basically creating music for transpersonal experiences.
