I don't use either. Enough with all these messaging apps. Nostr is enough.
Nostr is good but it's not inherently E2EE for communication. That's why I use other messaging apps.

that's a relay / client issue
Use both.
Now that Delta Chat features chatmail account setup, it's dead simple to get new users onboarded.
