On the keypad view hit the Self-custody button to toggle into Ecash mode, then hit Send.
Or on the balances view, swipe or tap the Ecash row and hit Send Ecash.

Yeah, it seems to happen from time to time. Need to get the code in a more ironclad state before we remove the experimental label on the feature.
