Bitcoin-only & Bimetalism are mutually exclusive, and a lot of cypherpunk-minded folks really do not like the bitcoin-only future that we've been trending towards since genesis. It's too familiar... 😕
I kind of like seeing bitcoiners open up to Monero (and, crucially, nothing else). It's not like they're going to panic dump all their BTC or hurt bitcoins progress, except maybe very indirectly, and if they're even mulling over the issue, it's a good step.
