Federated wiki means when someone makes an update, it propagates from one instance to others, but instance admins can:
1. Auto-accept
2. Notify so that the update can be accepted with review
3. Auto-reject

Federated content is not meant to persist, so it will not be suitable for a wiki. I would rather maintain two "competing" version of a wiki, because currently its not obvious when the wiki content is converted to activist garbage. Side by side that will be unmistakable.
