👮♂️ New Zealand Police Seizes $90M from BTC-e Accounts
On June 22, 2020, New Zealand police confiscated 140 million New Zealand dollars (US$91 million) from Russian #bitcoin exchange operator Alexander Vinnik.
The funds were seized from the bank accounts of Canton Business Corporation, a New Zealand-registered company operating the exchange.
