If you like throw-back CRPGs, Pillars of Eternity 2 takes place in a tropical environment inspired by Pacific islands/archipelagos like Hawaii, Polynesia and the Philippines. Also one of of my favorite RPGs ever!

Another good beach/tropical game is Assassin's Creed 4. Not my favorite AC game by a long shot but the environments are beautiful Caribbean land and seascapes.

Oh and speaking of Ubisoft, there's Watch Dogs 2 which is set in San Francisco. Not exactly tropical but still coastal and gives me the summer vibes (similar to how the first game is straight up autumn for me).
